Video games are played on a device, known as a console. They date back as far as the 1950s, but had their real breakthrough is in the 80s. Currently we enjoy, the eight generation of this entertainment innovation. From a technical perspective, consoles outputs a video signal to a monitor. The signal is more or less operated by the player, making the output. The screen show, the commands or moves the player inputs to the console. One thing that many players enjoy with a console, is that it more or less played from the soffa. This makes the player have a relaxed and "duty free" feeling, while playing their video games. There are countless of different consoles and equipment's for them. For each console, there are some up to hundreds of different games to enjoy.
