Running

Running To travel by foot, is the most basic way of human transportation. It dates back as far as mankind have lived. The definition of running, is that no foot is on the ground at a certain point. Differing it from walking, where one foot are on the ground, in each instant of the walk. The ability to increase the speed and pace. To pressure our bodies, is something most can refer to and do, at least for a while. All of us with the ability to do this , ancient ritual are at a level of this ability. This makes it easy to refer others ability of it. One thing about running, is that most of us can do it and have actually done it. But a few us learns to master it. No fancy gear or special knowledge, is really needed to get started. We really only need practice runs, in order to get better at it. Runs that we have to do ourselves. Running as a sport, is probably the most accessible in a global perspective. Also the easiest sport to understand, between different cultures and parts of the world. The ability to place one foot in front of the other. In a pace so high that our heart beat faster, is as basic as breathing.
